Heads, Carolina...Tails, Alabama?

There are very unique BBQ regions here in the USA, and each area features different (and yummy) flavor characteristics in their BBQ sauces. Uncle Nick's Smokehouse currently features two very distinctive and delicious sauces:

Alabama: A tangy and spicy tomato based sauce enjoyed throughout the state.

Carolina: A yellow mustard and vinegar based sauce primarily associated with lower region of South Carolina.
